Kindly take note that learners were sent home with the term 4 assessment plan. Parents are advised to refer to the dates specified on the assessment plan to assist their learners to prepare accordingly for the assessments.



The half- yearly exams will take place from 14 November to 24 November 2016. Learners are expected to allocate sufficient study time in order to prepare thoroughly for each subject. Parents are reminded that these exams contribute to the final promotion mark. Learners are advise to set up study time tables to allocate sufficient study time for each subject. Parents are encouraged to support learners in preparation for the exams.



All grade 1 to 7 learners are invited to join in on the fun. On Friday, 28 October 2016 learners are invited to wear civvies and a funky creative hat at a cost of R10. Prizes will be up for grabs for the most creative hat. A winner for each grade will be chosen.



On Friday, 28 October 2016, the grade 7 learners will have their career day, where they will dress up as a professional that they aspire to be when they grow up. They will be addressed by speaker, Dr Kgomotso Mogapi.



There will be a show for learners in the foundation phase, titled the Three Musketeers on Wednesday, 9 November 2016 at a cost of R25.



All parents are invited to the Annual General Meeting to be held on 16 November 2016 in the school hall. We would like to appeal to all parents to avail themselves for this important meeting. Learners will receive a letter regarding the AGM on Friday.



All parents are invited to the Annual General Meeting to be held on 16 November 2016 in the school All Grade 4 and 5 learners who would like to join the drama group in 2017 must attend rehearsals with the rest of the group from Monday the 24th until Friday the 28th for their try-out. Rehearsals takes place from 13:00 till 15:30 so Parents are advised to make transport arrangements for the interested learners. Registration Forms will be given to learner who pass the try-out on the last day of auditions.


Please note that Re-registration forms for 2016 were sent with learners on Tuesday, 11 October 2016. The due date for submission of the forms will be on or before Friday (4 November 2016). Last date for re-registration payment of R1000 is Friday the 11th of November 2016. We urge that both parents sign the forms as incomplete forms will not be accepted. Please note that if we do not receive confirmation of the learners returning, we will replace your child with someone on the waiting list.



All parents are requested to ensure their school fees account is up to date. School fees can be paid at the school’s finance office in cash, debit or credit card or by direct deposit into the school’s bank account.
