PARENTS TO REPORT TO RECEPTION

not to meet with teachers during contact time nor move directly to the class before reporting to reception first. Parents are advised to make appointments before/after school for meeting with educators, through the diary. No parent will be seen without an appointment.

LATE COMING AND FETCHING OF LEARNERS

Please note that every time a learner is late, he/she will be issued with a demerit and accumulation of three demerits will be a detention. A third detention will result in suspension.

Parents are also requested to make arrangements with their transport operators to collect their children on time.

SCHOOL TIMES

All the parents and learners are reminded that punctuality is a must and non-negotiable, and we expect maximal cooperation in this regard. Please note that grade 1 learners will be released at 12:00 until Friday, 03 February 2017. For updated Time, please follow the link

INTER-SCHOOL ATHLETICS COMPETITION

We wish all the best to the athletics team that will represent us at the inter-school’s competition to be held at Halfway House Primary Friday, 10 February 2017. The athletics team will depart from school at 07h00 and the estimated time of arrival back at the school is 14H00.

TEXTBOOKS

Parents who have not yet signed for their children’s textbooks are urged to finalise the process as learners will not be allowed to take home textbooks for the completion of homework if these are not signed for. Arrangements must be made with class teachers, through the diary, for suitable times as contact time cannot be compromised. We encourage the parents to discuss the care and handling of books with their children.

Our school Photo Day will take place on Monday, 13 February 2017. We urge the parents to ensure their children are neatly and suitably attired for the photo shoot, i.e. proper school uniform and hairstyles. Price lists will follow after the school has received the samples back from the studio.
