RE-REGISTRATION FORMS – FINAL REMINDER!
Learners received re-registration forms on Tuesday (28/08/2018). Parents are urged to complete these forms and confirm their child’s return to Midrand Primary school in 2019. We encourage parents to submit these forms as soon as possible to ensure that the placement of the child is finalized early. The final date for the submission of re-registration forms will be on the 28th September 2018.
CLOSURE OF SCHOOL FOR TERM 3
We will be closing for Term three school holidays tomorrow, 28 September 2018 and school will re-open for Term four on Tuesday, 09 October 2018. The report cards for Term 3 will be issued out to learners and parents at 10H00 and learners will be released at 10H00. Learners, who will be away on camp, will receive their report cards when they return from camp. Parents must make transport arrangements accordingly.
TERM 4 – PARENTS’ EVENING
All parents are invited to the compulsory parents’ evening to be held on the 11 October 2018 from 16h00-19h00. The focus of the meeting will be to discuss leaner performance in Term three, intervention strategies and set performance targets for Term four. We call upon all the parents to be actively involved in their children’s education. Attendance is compulsory as pertinent issues relating to each learner will be discussed.
PAYMENT OF LOST OR DAMAGED TEXTBOOKS
Parents are urged to make payment for their child’s lost or damaged textbooks as soon as possible. All textbooks are the property of the state. Payment can be made immediately at the finance window.
All parents are urged to ensure that their school fees account is up to date. School fees can be paid at the school’s finance office using debit or credit card or by direct deposit into the school’s bank account. No cash will be accepted. Use the correct references when making deposits.
