  1. RE-REGISTRATION & INDEMNITY DOCUMENTS FOR 2021

Re-registration and indemnity forms for 2021 were handed out to learners yesterday (07/10/2020) and will be handed out to Group B today (08/10/2020). Parents are requested to urgently fill in and return these documents to school on Friday, 09 October 2020 for learners in Group A and on Monday, 12 October 2020 for learners in Group B. Parents are also requested to pay the re-registration fee of R1000 on or before the 31st of October 2020. We thank our parents for their compliance in this regard.

 

  1. NOTICE OF THE 2020 AGM

We wish to notify our parents of the 2020 AGM that will take place on the 5th of November 2020 at 18:00. A letter has been issued to learners today.

 

  1. RE-OPENING OF THE SCHOOL TUCKSHOP

The school tuckshop will be re-opening on Monday, 12 October 2020. Orders will be taken in the morning and be delivered to class before breaks on a daily basis. Learners are encouraged to bring change/pay the exact amount of money for each item so that the process can be more efficient.

 

  1. COMMEMORATION OF WORLD TEACHERS’ DAY AT MPS

“Better than a thousand days of diligent study is one day with a great teacher.” – Japanese proverb.  Our school will be commemorating World Teachers’ Day on 09 October 2020. Parents and learners are encouraged to send messages of appreciation to all our hardworking and dedicated teachers. On behalf of the SMT and SGB of the school, we wish to sincerely thank and appreciate all our amazing teachers who go the extra mile every day to ensure that our learners receive quality education. We thank you for all your endeavours in advancing our learners and our school. May God bless each of you abundantly!

 

  1. SPONSORSHIP OF SANITARY TOWELS

We would like to place on record our sincere appreciation to Ms. Nozuko Yawa as well as Kings Court Church who have respectively sponsored sanitary towels for the girls in our school. We thank you for your kind gesture and we look forward to partnering with you in future.

 

  1. SCHOOL FEES

All parents are requested to ensure that their school fees account is up to date. School fees can be paid at the school’s finance office using debit or credit card or by direct deposit into the school’s bank account. No cash will be accepted. BANK DETAILS:
