Assumption of Duty: 01 September 2021 – 31 DECEMBER 2021
Job Description: Responsible for school reception, switchboard, Manage Principal ‘s diary, minutes writing, learner admissions, Maintaining office systems
Requirements:
- Matric qualification
- Excellent telephone etiquette
- Certificate /Diploma in Office Administration
- Basic accounting skills
- Filing
- High Competence Computer Skills (excel, outlook, SASAMS added advantage.
- Driver’s license
- Strong communication, leadership, and administrative skills
- Exposure in a school environment will be an added advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Answering of telephone &taking down messages for all staff & queries from parents
- Seeing to parents, learners, and staff
- Manage School Admissions
- Photocopying
- Seeing to sick learners and phoning parents to fetch them
- Manage class registers on a weekly basis and recording absenteeism of learners
- Update class lists
- Type and take minutes of meetings
- Manage principal’s diary
- Filing of documents
- Control late coming registers for learners
- Issue and file disciplinary hearing letters and minutes
- Any other duties as may be assigned by the principal
