NEWSLETTER

  1. SCHOOL CODE OF CONDUCT

Parents/guardians are instructed to remind learners of the compulsory expectations in relation to their general conduct at school. The school code of conduct can be found in learners’ compulsory school diary. The code of conduct must be adhered to at all times. This will assist in avoiding challenges pertaining to discipline so that we will be able to focus on academics.

  1. REVISED ROTATIONAL TIMETABLE

The 1st of November 2021 has been declared a public holiday. Due to this, learners have received an amended rotational timetable that must be followed accordingly.

  1. ACADEMICS

Parents and learners are instructed to monitor the Term 4 assessment plan which has already been provided to learners. Learners must submit tasks on due dates. The controlled test (examinations) timetable will be issued soon. Learners must ensure that all classwork and remote learning activities are completed and up to date. Incomplete classwork and homework will not be tolerated. We call upon parents to actively check learners’ books.

  1. EXTRA-MURALS & SPORTS

Extra-mural and sports activities are underway. Parents/guardians are instructed to ensure that transport arrangements are made so that learners are fetched on time after activities. Loitering is not allowed. Learner safety is of utmost importance to us. We expect the co-operation of our parents/guardians in this regard.

  1. SUMMER SCHOOL UNIFORM

The school code of conduct stipulates the school uniform that learners must wear during summer. As the weather warms up, learners are expected to wear their summer uniform. This will be monitored strictly.

A snack hamper was donated by Toyota Centurion for a school fund-raising initiative. Raffle tickets cost R10 each. The draw of the winning ticket will take place on the 6th of November 2021. We would like to thank Toyota Centurion for their generous donation.
