- FEEDBACK ON THE 2021 AGM
We would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to all our parents who attended the AGM. The meeting was fruitful. The parents adopted the resolutions presented by the SGB for 2022. The school fees for the 2022 academic year will be R11 500 (R1150 pm for ten months). We implore our parents to take advantage of the massive 10% school fees discount which can be paid on or before the 31st of March 2022.
- RE-REGISTRATION DOCUMENTS FOR 2022
Learners in Grades 1-6 will receive re-registration documents today. These forms must be fully completed and returned to school on or before 1 December 2021. Parents are urged to pay the re-registration fee of R1000 by 20 December 2021 which will be deducted from learners’ school fees balance for 2022.
- MONITORING OF COVID-19 SYMPTOMS
Parents are instructed to ensure that learners are monitored for Covid-19 related symptoms. Learners showing any of these symptoms should remain at home until they have fully recovered. An amended controlled test timetable will be provided to learners who are affected. Parents must communicate this to the school telephonically. Proof of Covid-19 positive test results must be submitted to the school. We are calling upon our parents to be responsible so that we can minimize the spread of Covid-19.
- CONTROLLED TEST (EXAMINATION) PROGRAMME
The Controlled Test programme commenced on Monday, the 15th of November 2021 and will conclude on the 1st of December 2021. Tests will cover content from Term 3 and 4. Grade 4-7 learners are alternating in Grades and NOT in Groups. Foundation Phase learners will continue to alternate in their Groups (A and B). Grade 4 and Grade 6 learners will write their tests on the same day. Grade 5 and Grade 7 learners will write their tests on the same day. It is extremely imperative for parents to ensure that their children are effectively studying at home by assisting with revision as well as by testing their knowledge.
