1. ROTATIONAL TIMETABLE RESUMES

The rotational timetable will resume on Monday, the 6th of December 2021 and all learners in Group B must report to school. Learners in Group A will report to school on Tuesday, the 7th of December 2021. Learners will continue to be released at 13:00 daily.

 

2. LEARNER PROGRESS REPORTS

Learners in Group B will receive their progress reports on Tuesday, the 14th of December 2021 and they will be released at 09:00. This will be the last day of the school term for learners in Group B. Learners in Group A will receive their progress reports on the 15th of December 2021 and they will be released at 09:00. This will be the last day of the school year.

 

3. RE-OPENING OF SCHOOL IN 2022

School will re-open on the 12th of January 2021 and learners in Group A must report to school. Learners in Group B will report to school on the 13th of January 2021. Learners’ progress report envelopes will also contain a notification indicating learners’ groups and their class for next year.

 

4. FINAL EMINDER: RE-REGISTRATION DOCUMENTS FOR 2022

Re-registrations documents were given to learners last week. These documents were due on the 1st of December 2021. Outstanding documents must be returned immediately. Parents are urged to pay the re-registration fee of R1000 by the 20th of December 2021 which will be deducted from learners’ school fees balance for 2022.

 

5. MONITORING OF COVID-19 SYMPTOMS

Parents are instructed to ensure that learners are monitored for Covid-19 related symptoms. Learners showing any of these symptoms should remain at home until they have fully recovered. An amended controlled test timetable will be provided to learners who are affected. Parents must communicate this to the school telephonically. Proof of Covid-19 positive test results must be submitted to the school. We are calling upon our parents to be responsible so that we can minimize the spread of Covid-19.

 

6. FINAL REMINDER: LTSM TEXTBOOK RETRIEVAL

All outstanding textbooks must be returned to school. Parents are requested to urgently make payment for textbooks that were lost or damaged. It is advisable for parents to not wait until the end of the year to pay for these textbooks.

 

 

7. SCHOOL FEES

All parents are urged to ensure that their school fees account is up to date. School fees can be paid at the school’s finance office using debit or credit card or by direct deposit into the school’s bank account. No cash will be accepted. Use the correct references when making deposits.
