- INTERSEN PHASE CONTROLLED TESTS (MID-YEAR EXAMINATIONS)
Parents and learners are advised that the Controlled Test programme will commence on the 30th of May 2022. The Controlled test timetable will be issued in due course. Therefore, it is vital for learners to ensure that their books are updated and corrections for activities are completed. Parents must monitor learners’ books to ensure that there are no incomplete activities. We encourage parents and learners to design a study timetable and adhere to it so that learners are adequately prepared for their tests. We implore learners to work harder this term so that better academic results are achieved. All the best to our learners for their Controlled tests.
- TERM 2 ASSESSMENT PLAN – INTERSEN PHASE
Learners in the InterSen Phase (Grades 4-7) received their Term 2 Assessment plan last week. It is extremely imperative for parents to regularly monitor the Assessment plan to ensure that learners are suitably prepared for their assessments and due dates. Tardy and late submissions will not be tolerated.

Parents are advised that learners will only be allowed to attend sports training sessions or sports matches if they receive official communication. A consent form granting permission is required for learners to attend training sessions and sports matches.

- COVID-19 PROTOCOLS MUST BE ADHERED TO
According to the current SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for schools, learners are expected to wear facemasks throughout the day, unless they are eating. This will continue until the DBE updates the SOPs. Thus, learners will continue to wear their facemasks when inside and outside the building. This will be revised once the updated SOPs are received from the DBE. Parents must ensure that learners wear a facemask when leaving home and have extras in their schoolbag. This will be strictly monitored. Learners are reminded to wash their hands and sanitize regularly. Parents of learners who are experiencing Covid-19 symptoms should seek medical attention. Learners should report to school when they have recovered.
- SCHOOL FEES
All parents are requested to ensure that their school fees account is up to date. School fees can be paid at the school’s finance office using debit or credit card or by direct deposit into the school’s bank account. No cash will be accepted.
