- CLOSURE OF SCHOOL FOR TERM 2 – ISSUING OF PROGRESS REPORTS
Parents, guardians, and learners are hereby informed that Term 2 will conclude on the 14TH of June 2024. Progress reports will be issued to PARENTS/GUARDIANS (not learners) from 07:30-10:00. Learners will be released at 10:00. School will re-open for Term 3 on Tuesday, the 9th of July 2024. We wish our staff and learners a safe and enjoyable holiday.
- SOUTH AFRICAN CHAMPIONSHIP OF PERFORMING ARTS – PROVINCIAL COMPETITION
We are proud to announce that our Marimba band obtained the 1st position at the above-mentioned competition which was held in Centurion on the 1st of June 2024. The Marimba band qualified to play at the Nationals which will be held at Rustenburg in September 2024. We are extremely proud of the Marimba band and their coach, Mr. Motswe. We wish the band all the best for Nationals!
- LEARNER SAFETY: LOITERING AFTER SCHOOL HOURS
Parents/guardians are hereby reminded that learners must be fetched immediately after school. Learners are not allowed to loiter inside or outside the school premises after hours. The school will not take responsibility for incidents that occur outside the school premises after hours. We expect maximum co-operation in this regard.
- FINAL REMINDER – GRADE 4 – 7 DAY TRIPS (EXCURSIONS)
Please take note of the information below pertaining to Day trips. We inform parents that their school fees account must be up to date before making payments for Day trips. Payments must be made on the Karri App or via EFT (Reference: Day trip, grade, your child’s name, and surname). Learners are expected to wear their school golf shirt and either blue or black jeans (NO CIVVIES!). The cutoff date for payments is was the 31st of May 2024. NO LATE PAYMENTS WILL BE ACCEPTED.

- USE OF THE CORRECT WINTER UNIFORM
Parents and guardians are hereby reminded that learners must use the correct Winter school uniform. When learners wear their school tracksuits, they must wear school shoes. The only time takkies are permitted is during PE lessons. This means that learners are not allowed to wear takkies to school. Furthermore, the takkies must be BLACK OR WHITE as per the Code of Conduct. Fancy colourful sneakers are not allowed. Learners are also expected to wear maroon beanies, gloves, and scarves (All 3 items costs R190 and are available at the uniform shop). Other colours of beanies, gloves, and scarves and not allowed. Only Grade 1-3 & LSEN learners are allowed to wear their PE uniform and takkies from home. This will be strictly monitored. We expect your co-operation in this regard!
- GRADE 2-7 NEW APPLICATIONS FOR 2025
Applications for new admissions in Grades 2-7 for 2025 commenced on the 15th of April 2024 and will conclude on the 16th of August 2024. Parents are welcome to apply at school between 09:00 and 13:00. Kindly ensure that the compulsory certified documents (not older than three months) are brought to school as listed below. No late applications will be accepted. Required documents: Certified copy of birth certificate, certified copy of parent’s ID’s, recent/latest school report, and municipality account/lease agreement. Please bring a black pen to complete the application form.
- SCHOOL FEES
All parents are requested to ensure that their school fees account is up to date. School fees can be paid at the school’s finance office using debit or credit card or by direct deposit into the school’s bank account. No cash will be accepted.
