The Principal

We would like to take this opportunity to welcome our learners, parents, staff and other stakeholders to the fourth and final term of the 2018 academic year. We would like to place on record that this term is quite short. Hence, we request that parents/guardians monitor their children’s academics closely, ensuring that the assessment plan learners received is adhered to. We wish all of our learners well for the final term.

17 July 2018

We would like to warmly welcome all our learners, staff and parents to the 3rd term of the 2018 academic year. We would like to compliment all our learners who performed well in Term 2 and encourage them to improve on their current level of performance. We would like to urge those learners who did not meet the minimum requirements to work harder this term and reach the required level of achievement in all learning areas. To our parents and teachers who assisted our learners with dedication – Thank you for your hard work, love and commitment.

January 2018

On behalf of the management and staff at Midrand Primary School, it is our great honour and privilege to welcome you to the academic year of 2018! I trust that you had blissful Festive Season and that you are well rested too and recuperated and most importantly, that you managed to spend quality time with your families and close friends. A special word of welcome to the new parents who have just joined our family this year. We look forward to establishing healthy, strong and long lasting relationships with you as we embark on the journey to develop, nurture and prepare your wards for the challenging world ahead! To our existing parents, we look forward to continue working with you, as we add another exciting chapter in the life of our great institution.

As we open a new chapter for the academic year 2018, we implore our parent community to take ownership of their children’s education to ensure that they achieve great results. We are of the firm belief that in order to be a successful school, your children need support from home and school. We are convinced that strong, healthy and working partnerships with you will have a positive influence in your children’s education. We thank you for your support and look forward to working with you.
