- THE BRIAN MOLAPISANE FOUNDATION – PROTECT-A-BOY-CHILD 2 DAY EVENT
MPS has collaborated with the Brian Molapisane Foundation (307-304 NPO) to support and mentor boys. Thus far, the founders of the NPO have presented imperative information to our boys at a special assembly for boys. We will continue to partner with them for parents who would like their male children (Grade 4-7) to participate in the continuing mentorship for boys programme which will be held after school from 14:00-15:00 (See: https://midrandprimary.co.za/wp-content/uploads/2025/05/Action-plan-Midrand-Primary.pdf). The Foundation invites Grade 4-7 boys to attend and participate in a day of adventure and fun. (See link: https://midrandprimary.co.za/wp-content/uploads/2025/05/Invitation-for-June-event.pdf).

- THE FETCHING OF LEARNERS IMMEDIATELY AFTER SCHOOL
Parents/guardians and transport operators are hereby notified that all learners must be fetched immediately after school. No learners are allowed on or outside the school premises after school hours, unless there is a valid consent form for extra-murals. We implore all parents/guardians and transport operators to ensure that they comply as we aim to ensure the safety of our learners. The school will not be liable for incidents that occur after school hours. Thank you for your co-operation.
- DROPPING OFF LUNCH/BOOKS/ITEMS AT SCHOOL
We remind parents/guardians that dropping off of lunch/meals, books, projects or other items for learners is strictly prohibited. We expect our learners to be responsible and not leave their lunches/meals at home. We also remind parents to ensure that learners are organized and prepared the day before so that they do not forget to bring their books and assessments/projects to school as per their timetables and assessment plans. This is non-negotiable. This has been effected due to learner safety concerns and we expect our parents and guardians to co-operate with the school.
- LATE COMING WILL NOT BE TOLERATED
Parents/guardians are reminded that the school day commences promptly at 07:30. Learners should be seated in their respective classes at this time. Late coming will not be tolerated as we expect our learners to be punctual and ready to learn. The names of late comers are recorded, and these learners will receive defaults. Regular late comers will be suspended from school.
Kind Regards,
